While you are looking for your ideal jewelry, keep in mind that you will have free shipping from 39 euros purchase! Yes, you have read that correctly, everywhere you would be, with only 39 euros purchase, you won't pay the shipping service!
Therefore, contact immediately your bestie, sister, friends struggling with the gift to give to their beloved ones, play as a team and reach the 39 euros!

How much does this cost? IT'S FREE!2. ORDINARY POST SERVICE
Don't care about getting your order as soon as possible? Then go for the ordinary post service, if you live in Finland it will take between 2-5 working days, if you live outside Finland it's going to take 10-20 working days, depending on where you are. If you live outside Finland and you want to know the exact delivery time to your country, hit the chat and we'll let you know :-) How much does this cost? Only 5€
As soon as you insert correctly your shipping address and your purchase payment will be successful, you’ll get a confirmation email and in 1-2 business days your order will be shipped to the given address.
We will then send you another email (the last one, we promise!) where you will find all of the information related to tracking and how to contact our customer service.

Did you recently buy one of our fantastic jewellery, but for some reason would you like to return it or change it with one or more other products?
No problem! You are in the right place to receive all of the information you need :)
Unfortunately, we do not cover the shipping fees for returns and changes, however we have arranged this mini to-do-list where you will find all of the instructions step by step.

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO DO:
- Follow these instructions within 15 days from the receiving day
- Contact us to inform us the reason for the return/change and get the updated shipping address.
- Fill out the form you have received in your package
- In case the form is broken, ripped off or you did not receive it, please let us know and we will send it as PDF file via email. You can fill it online and send it back straight via email.
- Ship the package to the address we have sent you.
For the shipping method, you can use any courier or shipping service, but bare in mind that you will need to pay for it.

WHAT DO WE DO
- Once we will receive your request, we will send you the updated shipping address
- Once we receive your package, we will send you a confirmation email to inform you that we got it and that shortly you’ll receive your refund/change
- We will refund you with the method you have picked.
- In case of change, we will ship again the product
